About your guitar lessons with Mandy
Mandy has been playing guitar for 35 years, both as a performer, tutor and a recording artist. She has worked with various bands as a guitarist, front woman and singer songwriter. Song writing is a passion and something which she incorporates into her teaching, encouraging the students to write and create their own original music.
Mandy is a multi instrumentalist and demonstrates versatility in her teaching.
Private lessons are taught on a one to one basis within a relaxed and friendly environment. Both theory and practical lessons are tailored to the individual. Owning your own instrument is not essential as a range of guitars are available at the studio.
Mandy can also offer help and advice with the purchase of guitars, as well as general maintenance and restringing of your instrument.
Students of all ages and abilities are welcome and are taught with the same consistency of service.
Music has always been a constant in Mandy's life; it is one of her great loves and one which she hopes to encourage and inspire others to believe in.
