FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Do I need any of my own equipment before coming for a lesson?

Absolutely not. You will not need to bring anything to your lessons. We have drums, sticks, guitars, plectrums, everything you need.

• If I do have my own equipment can I bring it to use in my lesson?

Yes, if you have drum sticks or a guitar you wish to use in your lesson, you are very welcome to bring it.

• Should I have my own instrument at home?

This is completely up to you. You will progress quicker if you have instrument to practice on regularly. However, we understand that buying an instrument can be a big decision. If you decide at any point you would like to purchase an instrument, help and advice is always on hand from our tutors.

• Do I have to come for lessons every week?

Again, this is up to you. You are welcome to come as frequently as you wish.

• How do I know what length lesson to book?

This will vary depending on the individual. If you contact one of our tutors they will be happy to discuss this with you. If you start off with a 30 minutes lesson and decide it is too short you can always book a longer lesson next time and vice versa.

• How can I pay for my lessons?

We accept cash or on line bank transfers. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.

• How do I cancel a lesson?

Simply contact your tutor if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a lesson. We require 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson otherwise the full fee applies. No charge will apply if the cancelled lesson can be rescheduled for another day that week.

• Can I come to the studio before booking a lesson to meet my tutor and have a look around?

Yes, you would be very welcome to come and meet us and have a look around. Please contact us in advance.
